The Fiduciary World - Fraught with personal liability, crazy beneficiaries, and when court supervised, getting paid what the judge wants, when the judge wants.  When a judge states that he’s inclined to agree with the disgruntled beneficiary and remove the co-trustees while admitting that he hadn’t read a single document before reaching his conclusion, you can’t help but wonder “Why did I become a fiduciary?!?!?”

Cheryl Carter and Suzanne Grudnitski have learned to deal with the insanity of the fiduciary world by “helping beneficiaries despite themselves,” and by recognizing the direct impact their work has on people’s lives. It’s a tough and often thankless job, but one they continue to find great satisfaction in as they touch and help the lives of those they serve.
