This presentation will explore the ethical implications of use of AI across multiple professions. It will explore how AI and ethics are implicated in the health care industry, education, money management, legal, and other professional fields, with emphasis on the ethical frameworks in each such industry and real-world problems resulting from the misuse or mismanagement of AI within the particular industry.
About our Speaker
Cynthia R. Cox graduated from Loyola Law School and has been a practicing attorney since 1991. Her practice is devoted to elder law and special needs, and encompasses estate planning, special needs trusts and public benefits planning, conservatorships and elder care issues. She has a passion for the disabled and disenfranchised, and is dedicated to the caring and professional practice of law.
Cynthia is a Certified Elder Law Attorney, certified as a specialist by the National Elder Law Foundation, and has the distinction of being honored as one of the Top 50 Women Attorneys in Southern California from 2010 through 2024.
She is a frequent speaker on elder law and special needs issues, and is an adjunct professor at Loyola Law School, where she teaches classes on elder law and special needs issues.
She has been in private practice since 1997. The firm includes two other attorneys, Linda Stockwell, Esquire, and Reena Shah, Esquire.
