DESCRIPTION:\nRSVPs for this event are closed.  Please call Angela at 310-529-4973 to see if there are any cancellations.\n \n \n \nThis presentation will summarize the arcane property tax change in ownership rules with a specific focus on the legal entity change in ownership rules.  The presentation will highlight different strategies to use those rules to a taxpayer’s advantage and lead to property tax savings.  \n \n \n \nAbout Our Speaker\n \nGreg was born in Long Branch, New Jersey and grew up at the Jersey Shore. Greg attended Florida State University for his undergraduate studies where he graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa. After graduating from FSU, Greg attended UCLA School of Law where he was awarded a Dean’s Merit Scholarship.\n \nGreg began his practice at Latham & Watkins LLP.
